  • Yes, I would like to obtain the facility for applying and obtaining Loan from PDFINACE over the phone, e-mail, SMS, customer portal (Contact Options) as per the applicable terms and conditions of PDFINCE.
  • I hereby confirm that I have the permission from the aforesaid persons for providing their contact detail to PDFINCE for calling them in respect of verification of my detail provided in this application form. I authorize PDFINCE to share my detail provided in this application form also with aforesaid persons from time to time for verification and updating purposes.
  • Identity & Address Proof:          PAN/ Form 60 (as applicable), Aadhaar (masked), Bank/ Credit Card/ Post Office Saving Account Statement/ Passbook, Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID, Utility Bill, NREGA Job Card, Letter issued by National Population Register, Government House Allotment Letter, Property/ Municipal Tax Receipt, Pension Order

  • I understand and confirm that the Application Form, photograph and all other documents submitted by me to PDFINCE shall not be returned to me and PDFINCE shall have the right to retain the same. Further, I undertake to inform PDFINCE within 7 days of any change in any of the detail mentioned herein.
  • I hereby confirm that I am a citizen of India and competent to give this declaration/ undertaking and to execute and submit this Application Form and all other documents for the purpose of availing loan, creation of security and representing generally for all the purposes mentioned/required to be done for these presents.
  • I confirm that all the particulars and information given in the application form and otherwise in writing or over the Contact options by me, are true, correct and complete and no information has been withheld/suppressed.
  • I confirm that I am submitting this application form after having read and fully understood the Privacy Policy & Interest Rate Policy (as amended from time to time) of the PDFINACE as well as the terms and conditions of availing loan from PDFINACE, including those provided in the General Terms and Conditions for obtaining Personal Loan. I acknowledge that PDFINACE shall be entitled to reject my application without assigning any reason.
  • I have no insolvency proceedings against me nor have I ever been adjudicated insolvent.  I confirm that no suit for recovery of outstanding dues or monies whatsoever and/or criminal proceedings have been initiated and/or pending against me. There is no restriction on me in respect of availing the loan from PDFINACE and no person’s consent is required by me for availing the loan from PDFINACE. Further, I undertake and confirm that loan amount shall not be used for purposes of gambling, lottery, races, for purchase of gold in any form, gold bullion, gold jewellery, gold coins, units of Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) and units of gold mutual fund, or for any purpose prohibited by RBI/ other regulatory body from time to time or any other illegal purposes of similar nature. I confirm that I have been informed that the loan would be subject to Pre-payment Penalties and other charges.
  • I understand that PDFINACE offers different interest rate to different borrowers based on loan amount, tenor, downpayment, payment history with PDFINACE, credit score provided by credit information companies, borrower’s age, income, type of documents provided by the borrower and any other information as may be required for the purpose of credit evaluation and I agree to abide by such rationale. PDFINACE has confirmed that any changes in the rate of interest and fee/ charges shall take effect only prospectively.

  • I further confirm that PDFINACE shall be entitled to categorise me under High, Low, Medium or any other risk category based on the aforementioned factors and the loan performance.
  • Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
    • a. Damages due to misuse of product;
    • b. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
    • c. Any consumable item which has been used/installed;
    • d. Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers;
    • e. Digital products/services;
    • f. Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
    • g. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered;
  • : In case of non-payment, Late Payment Charges shall be levied on the total outstanding principal amount of your Loan.
  • e-mandate/ ECS/ NACH/ Standing Instruction/Direct Debit Mandate
    • Use of e-mandate/ ECS/ NACH/ Standing Instruction/Direct Debit Mandate for loan repayment
    • In order to ensure timely repayment of the amount(s) of the Loan, Monthly Instalment, penalties, costs and/ or any other outstanding amount(s) due (together to be called Due Amount) in respect of the Loan(s) obtained  from PDFINACE from time to time, I hereby authorise PDFINACE to submit the Mandate, duly signed by me before the bank with whom I have the bank account, details of which are provided in the Mandate, for the purpose of debiting my said bank account.
    • In case I obtain more than one Loan from PDFINACE and choose to make the repayment under all such Loan(s) by debiting the bank account, details of which are provided in the Mandate, I confirm that my said bank account can be debited as and when this Mandate is presented by PDFINACE on or after respective Due Dates of Monthly Instalment(s) of each such Loan until all the amounts due and payable in respect of all such Loan(s) are duly paid by me. I also authorize the bank and PDFINACE to debit my bank account for charges towards mandate verification and transactions bounced due to “insufficient funds” as applicable.
    • I hereby confirm that the particulars of bank account provided by me are correct and complete. If the transaction is delayed, or not effected at all, for reasons of incomplete or incorrect information, I would not hold the user institution and/ or PDFINACE responsible.
    • I further undertake that the Mandate given by me shall remain valid and binding until all the Due Amount are duly paid to the satisfaction of PDFINACE and that I shall not initiate any step/ action leading to cancellation of Mandate, or closure of bank account or for dishonour of Mandate without prior approval in writing from PDFINACE.
    • I further acknowledge that in order to verify my Bank Account details, PDFINACE shall be crediting a penny amount in my Bank Account.
    • Upon verification, PDFINACE shall use the Bank Account for the requisite purposes as agreed in Loan Documents.
  • Advertisements on Platform
    • We use direct and third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Platform. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide personalized advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
  • Children Information
    • Use of our Platform is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 18 years. If you have shared any personal information of children under the age of 18 years, you represent that you have the authority to do so and permit us to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
  • Your mobile phone number and/or e-mail address is treated as Your primary identifier on the Platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that Your mobile phone number and your email address is up to date on the Platform at all times. You agree to notify Us promptly if your mobile phone number or e-mail address changes by updating the same on the Platform through a onetime password verification.
  • Pricing on any product(s) as is reflected on the Platform may due to some technical issue, typographical error or product information published by seller may be incorrectly reflected and in such an event seller may cancel such your order(s).
  • All payments made against the purchases/services on Platform by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable in the Republic of India. Platform will not facilitate transaction with respect to any other form of currency with respect to the purchases made on Platform.
